I have been a tad obsessed with tomatoes this summer. My parents are growing them in their garden and I love to pick them and cut them up into bite sized pieces, then sprinkle them with salt and pepper and devour them. I decided to make a little something with the yummy homegrown tomatoes I was privileged to have been given.
It all started with:
and then I followed a recipe for a Tomato Ricotta Tart
and this is what came about:
The crust turned out a bit burnt for some reason but the rest of the tart was yummy goodness.
